Vibrant Bootcamp : STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
Registration and Payment
Courses are offered on a first-come, first-serve
basis. Seating is limited. We urge you to register for a Course as soon as
possible. If a Course is full, you may be placed on the waiting list. Your
Account Executive will notify you if cancellations occur and space becomes
available.
Vibrant eTechnologies Limited may amend the
Course it offers at any time, without notice. Vibrant eTechnologies Limited
reserves the right to postpone or cancel Courses at any time, without notice due
to low enrolment or circumstances beyond its control. The cost of a Course may
vary due to changes without notification.
Course fees must be paid in full at least two weeks
before the course start date. Fees can be paid by online credit card payment
gateway on www.vibrantbootcamp.com
or wire transfer to Vibrant eTechnologies Limited.
Cancellation of Course by Vibrant eTechnologies Limited:
In extreme circumstances Vibrant eTechnologies Limited may find it necessary to
reschedule a course booking if the rescheduled dates are not convenient Vibrant
eTechnologies Limited’s liability will be limited to a refund of the fees paid.
Vibrant eTechnologies Limited does not accept responsibility for any claims for
consequential loss by the delegate/customer.
Cancellation of
Course by Delegate/Customer:
Bootcamp fees are transferable up to 20 days prior to the beginning of the camp
and must be pre-approved by Vibrant eTechnologies Limited.
Bootcamp fees are not refundable.
No
refunds will be made for cancellations.
Property, Security and IT Policy:
Vibrant eTechnologies Limited does not accept any responsibility or liability in
respect of loss or damage to any property brought into Vibrant eTechnologies
Limited premises. All delegates/customers will be required to abide with any
security measures operating at the course location. Delegates/customers must
comply with Vibrant eTechnologies Limited's Computing and ICT Policy concerning
the integrity and security of IT systems, software, copyright and misuse of
computers.
Copyright:
It is acknowledged that all intellectual property rights, including copyright,
patents, design rights and know-how in or relating to the course or course
materials provided, or made available in connection with the course, remain the
property of Vibrant eTechnologies Limited or its licensors. No copies may be
made of course notes or other study materials without prior written permission
of the Board of Directors of Vibrant eTechnologies Limited.
Delegate/Customer Responsibility:
You, the delegate/customer, are responsible to ensure the course is suitable for
your requirements. Vibrant eTechnologies Limited will provide the course with
reasonable care and skill but accepts no liability in the event that the content
of the course does not meet your requirements.
Limited
Liability

Vibrant eTechnologies Limited 's total
liability to you or any other party whether arising in tort (including
negligence or breach of statutory duty), contract or otherwise, shall in no
event exceed the amount of Course fees actually paid by you for the portion of
Courses to which any liability arises.

Vibrant eTechnologies Limited shall in no
circumstances be under any liability to you or any other party and whether
arising in tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), contract or
otherwise, in respect of any claim, loss, damage or expense:
1.
Arising out of any
personal injury, sickness or death; or
2.
In relation to any
including consequential, indirect or economic loss or loss of profits.
